Wallonia, well done. Just a little place that still has democracy. Stand up for what you believe. I think you are right. Big companies have taken over our world, and our politicians don't stand up for people any more.
I think the real deal is that Britain voted Brexit, and right now politicians don't know how to deal with the big corporations and companies who really run the world. There needs to be a revolution.
The real way we change the world now is to change our spending patterns.
we just had our Halloween evening with both young and older children calling at the house for trick or treat.
I had my dark cloak and a cauldron full of apples, my husband was behind me with a small basket of sweets.
We turned the tables this year. I said ' this is the cauldron of doom', 'take an apple from here or no sweets'! Surprisingly half the kids were really appreciative! It was fun for us.
The small kids just expected sweets, but the older ones really took to the whole charade.
The parents of small kids said great, we will do the same thing next year.
We can carry on doing the same things or change how we spend, and what we buy.
Energy is the main question we have to face over the next few years, start thinking about how we buy what kind of energy. Should we continue to support what the main players are selling us.
How can we be more self sufficient?
