The Brits voted for Brexit. Now they are blaming the EU that they don't want to be nice and chummy and move their red lines to suit the Conservative wish list. Even if they did, does anyone think the leaving the EU would get through Parliament.
I just don't think it is in the National Interest to leave the EU. Change it quite a bit yes, from being part of it.
It's having a Conservative party saying 'We are going to shackle the country in the foot to get us out of the EU', under Theresa May and her predecessors.
Now under Boris and his cronies, it's 'We are going to crash the economy of the country, and the value of our currency to prove a point'. The problem is how much all this affects people who are affected by this strategy, and how our lives will be splattered with the aftermath of some political theater arranged for Halloween this year.
I see a nasty Trick, and definitely no Treats in store for years.
The hope I have, is that good moderate people with a genuine sense of urgency come together to get the country behind a second thought referendum, or a general election before the season of ghosts ghouls and skeletons in closets is here.
