I suppose the other problem is not knowing how much plastic has got into the fish, and how much it leeches into us. Poor fish, having to swim around in plastic soup. Don’t even get me going on fish quotas and dumping good fish back in the sea just because the Brits don’t eat anything but Cod in batter, and Sole. I doubt many people know the difference between a Dab, a Plaice and a Sole.
I suppose I would have to look them up to remind myself these days.
Anyway the brainwave this morning was freezing the Rose Hips. Then taking out a handful and thawing them, blitz them up with the whizzy gadget and simmer them for twenty minutes and drink it hot like tea. If it’s a bit tart I could put maple or date syrup in it for a low glycemic index sweetner.
Funny the other thing I discovered yesterday was coconut flower Nectar. Then this morning there is a letter on Jesus Christ from Mr Ghandi going up for auction. There are so many synchronicities in this world.
Mr Ghandi said that Coconut Flower Nectar would be the saviour of the world’s poor, or something like that. Coconut flower Nectar is made in small communities as a cottage industry. The trees grow almost anywhere even right on the coastline. They can also grow in very poor soil. They don’t damage the land like sugar plantations.
Coconut flower has a low glycemic index so it won’t disrupt Our insulin and spike it. I think it just puts too much strain on the adrenal glands, which depletes all the energy out of our cells. I digress.
I am going to order some and try out a few different syrups. I want to make something like Heinz Baked Beans. I really like them but they taste the wrong sort of sweet. People think sweet is a sensation, it’s not it’s a taste. To me it tastes like perfume. To my metabolism refined sugars with high glycemic index are the equivalent of downing a large one hundred percent proof vodka. Instant brain rot.
I am not sure what I would say to Mr Ghandi if He responded to me with the letter He sent. I think the very fact Mr Ghandi acknowledges Jesus Christ and has questioned Himself and thought about His response is enough.
Mr Ghandi was, and still is an inspiration to the World. In God’s eyes, it is our changed lives that reveal our Heart. It’s no good saying you are Christian, and not having the body of evidence that your life has changed profoundly from the very core of our being. The very cells of our Brains are renewed by God.
I can’t imagine God is going to default to the Evangelical position of not letting Mr Ghandi into Heaven, because He revered Jesus as the Greatest Teacher the World has known, rather than professing Jesus as the Son of God.
However it’s not for me to imagine. All I can say is what is in my Bible. That Jesus says ‘All who come to the Father come through Me’. Jesus says’ I am the Way, the Truth and the Life’. There is no other Name by which we may be saved. (That’s from ourselves, and our weaknesses).
These things are a divine mystery. They are revealed to those who seek and hunger after God, and read His word in the Bible to find out His purpose for them.
I deeply respect Mr Ghandi. Especially about the Coconut flower Nectar.
