Just imagine if everyone set their balance sheet to just 1 unit of currency! Anyone with a mortgage, borrowing of any descriptions on credit cards, and countries who are in dire financial straight jackets.
Leave people with positive balances in the position they have already. Make sure that credit cards can't be used, so no-one spends their wages before they get them. Also I think that clear rules need to be made about this stock market trading. No short selling of any kind, and if anyone buys shares in something they have to hold them for a minimum of three months before they are allowed to trade them again.
I have a suspicion there is a short circuit happening in the system. It is too complex and moves too quickly to be able to resolve any of these issues that have developed through insider trading, and strategic money manipulation.
We can't have a world where people like myself with no interest in this activity, or wish to participate are being held to ransom by a structure that is not of my making. If the Banks are bankrupt then everything needs to be 'written down'. As an ex Hairdresser, I would suggest the only option is to take that pair of balding clippers and get a shiny new haircut. There are times when a client has simply burned their hair off to the roots with either the flat irons or a home bleaching kit, and a funky short haircut is the only answer.
I remember clippering off a few clients undergoing chemo, and then doing some heart sculptures where the bald paches were. At least it made some kind of sense of what they were going through. Perhaps when faced with dire human need for hope in the face of death, there have to be some radical moments of sanity. Obviously I am Bi-polar, so it is easier to find a solution, it just comes with the package. I understand from RT that everyone thinks the stock markets are going Bi-Polar. I would say Hyper-Manic has been their operating mode for a long time now, and they need some serious tranquilizers!
In a sense this is Friday the 13th all over again. The Templars were raided on this day and their banking structure and power base snatched by the political powers of the day rather than allow them to dominate the world! The thing is, 'they' just took it over and ran it for themselves.
There isn't a lack of anything, we have all the solutions just not the will or the joined-up-thinking to make it all work for each other.
I suppose that there is an element of collectivism now emerging, as with the internet we are able to communicate our thoughts, ideas, hopes and dreams to each other.
We also now have the ability to share each others nightmares. For instance showing Mr Gaddafi being murdered by his own people yesterday was the basest beast of this world. That no mercy was shown. That a pack of desert rats found him in a sewage pipe and treated him like a sub human. It was no better than reading Lord of The Flies, and seeing the object of everyone's collective fear and unrestrained projection of evil manifested into this moment of despicable inhumanity. Is this who we are?
We elevevated this man to this position by greed, and then allowed a mob to do our dirty work. Hilary Clinton gave them permission to get him dead or alive, do we want this kind of person directing the foreign affairs of a superpower?
For Moslem people to act in this way is unimaginable. What has been created to take the place of this one dictator? What can we now expect of these people who showed no mercy and acted out our basest lusts? How can they reclaim their dignity as humanity?
This is the many headed monster that devours. Our idea that a revolution fought with weapons can bring peace. This monster devours our sanity, our spirituality, our humanity.
There is no answer except that no-one lifts arms to his neighbour. That no weapon be made to threaten another, we must finally destroy our means of effecting destruction and visiting it on another. To return to the choices of not fighting. In this way we can re-direct our resources to effecting a stability. To invest in a future that benefits everyone according to their needs.
Yes this is an utopian ideal! What other choice do we have though? We need to put that game of risk back in the box, and stop playing games that are deadly.
Who is the worst beast? The one that has the power to devour the lesser general.
