It seems the two main methods of communication are via satellite and then into local fibre networks.
I am drawing on Logistics, Iconography, and triangulation.
In Logistics, the failure of a delivery comes down to a lack of upline information.
In Iconography, a failure of geometry and template recognition.
In triangulation a failure of signal.
As far as I understand, the satellite part is pretty well ok. Yet the problem is with intermodal communication loss of definition.
I would send the signal to a minimum of three nodes in split information, and forward it to a combining node which verifies the signal with the initial sending platform each time.
This is more like a neural pathway transmision. Each time a receptor has a signal it verifies this with a bit of 'backchat' to the original message.
Integrity of transmission being verified on the end recipient with a code match via satellite and reverse engineered algorithm to the initial message.
Call it a 'Rose' in any language and it still smells sweet!
