I wonder it anyone else has realised this? Y’know all the Salt Pillars scattered around the Planet
are like Huge batteries. They store the kinetic energy developed in the core of our Planet. Then they sort of discharge it to power up the energy for Lightning.
The Lightning then charges up the upper atmosphere, which affects the Magnetosphere. I suppose it’s all about static really. I knew there was a reason for the fluff. The Salt Pillars are the ‘Zero Point Modules’ that power our shields.
Next time you are all out spreading salt on the roads, remember where the salt comes from. If you keep turning the Pillars into Swiss Cheeze As Chicken Licken says, ‘The Sky will fall in...’.
Actually Chicken Licken thought the sky had fallen in. Which reminded me I didn’t get a little bit of Chicken out to go with the dog’s Chappie this morning. It won’t be defrosted in time, so she will have to go without. They need a bit more food in cold weather, but she isn’t interested in getting her paws wet. I had to dry all the snow caught in her paws yesterday, much to her disgust.
I suppose it would be possible to chuck any excess energy from renewables into salt mines, it would compensate for the lost storage capacity, and then use it for grid balancing.
