Well that's how I feel about Turkey right now.
They have just ousted all 'internal opposition', and cosied up very snug to Russia. Now they are causing riots in Europe, saying that their diplomats can't hold rallies.
The question I have to ask is, 'Would it be feasible for any other country to hold rallies for an ethnic minority in Turkey?'
Turkey is throwing it's weight about, and will sink Europe if the European diplomats are not very careful. This is exactly the right moment to be antagonistic, right before general elections that will give rise to a popularist backlash vote.
Within months Europe could be in chaos with its own political upheavals.
Be careful, very careful how you vote in the upcoming elections in Europe. There needs to be a transition in governments that do not lend themselves to over reactive leaders who lead you into war on their Twitter account.
